- Plumbing regulations in Victoria, NSW and QLD state that any work involving a cut to waste (overflow) from a greywater system must be carried out by a licensed plumber.
- The Greywater Gardener 230™ meets and exceeds all regulations associated with the practice of sound greywater reuse.
- In Victoria and NSW no EPA or council permit is required to install the Greywater Gardener 230™, as the system is classed as a simple household diversion system.
